Some guidelines to make the application process run smoothly
- Your request should be submitted at least eight weeks in advance.

- An overview photo of the entire facade or pylon
- A detail photo of the cabinet or cable
- Building plans (optional)
- Certificate of facade protection (if applicable)
- If you are applying as an individual and another party (e.g. your contractor) will carry out the work on site, have their contact details to hand.
- If you are applying as a company (contractor, demolisher, etc.), you will need your VAT number.
- We will provide you with a quote in advance. In some cases, there may be additional charges.
From application to execution: how the process works
- Application
- Submit your application online quickly and easily via the buttons above. We will then consider your application and create your file. Please note that we may not be able to carry out all adjustment works. However, we will always respond to your request.
- Contact
- No later than two weeks after your request, we will contact you (or the contact person you indicated) to discuss the application. We will visit the location where the work needs to be done so we can assess the requirements properly.
- Quote
- During the site visit, we will discuss exactly what work needs to be carried out. Based on this, we will email you a non-binding offer that is valid for six months.
- Approval
- If you agree to the quote, you must sign and return it to us by email or post. A signed quote is binding. Please note that we cannot schedule and carry out work without your approval of the quote.
- Scheduling
- As soon as you agree to the quote, we will schedule the work. On average, we visit about six weeks after the quote is approved. If permits are required, this may take longer. Additional costs will apply if you want a faster, temporary solution.
- Work
- One of our teams will come and carry out the work on the agreed date.
What else to bear in mind
Urgent temporary solution

Absence
Someone must always be present during the site visit: yourself, your contractor, etc. If no one is present at the agreed time (we will wait 15 minutes), we will apply a callout fee. We will inform you if someone needs to be present during the work.
Additional charge: €85 (inc. VAT)
Urgent reaction
The normal timeframe for contacting you after your request is at least 3 weeks. If you like us to reach out sooner, we will contact you within 3 weeks. Please note: if you also want an urgent temporary solution, the additional charges will be added together.

Carry out work yourself
Only Wyre employees and partners are permitted to relocate and remove cables and other network components. If you do this yourself, or your contractor does, we consider it damage and will charge repair fees.
Responsibility
As the applicant, you are responsible for the network cable we temporarily remove from the facade. If the cable is damaged when we come to replace it, we will charge a repair fee.
