Supplier policies and documents
This page provides current and potential suppliers with all relevant documents and information about Wyre’s procurement process. If you received documents during the onboarding process, you can access the latest updated versions here. This ensures you always have our latest guidelines on ethics, sustainability, commercial activities, privacy, and more.
CODE OF CONDUCT SUPPLIERS
The Code of Conduct provides you, as a supplier, with guidelines on Wyre's policies and relevant laws and regulations. It outlines the social, environmental, and ethical obligations you must meet as a supplier.
CODE OF CONDUCT WYRE EMPLOYEES
Wyre upholds the highest standards in labor, human rights, environmental responsibility, and ethical conduct, and we expect the same from our suppliers.
ANTI-CORRUPTION POLICY
This policy provides guidelines for complying with legislation against corruption and bribery. Although the text was written for our employees, these rules also apply in full to our suppliers.
GENERAL PURCHASE CONDITIONS
This document outlines the general purchasing conditions that suppliers must meet. This includes matters such as drafting contracts, delivery, pricing and payment, software licenses, guarantees, liability, and more.
SUPPLY CHAIN Manual
The purpose of this manual is to provide you, as a supplier, with general instructions about our delivery expectations and service levels. Please note, you may still be required to comply with additional, pre-determined instructions if notified by Wyre.
RESPONSIBLE PROCUREMENT AND SUPPLY CHAIN
Wyre takes a consistent approach to managing risks in the supply chain and expects suppliers to uphold high ESG standards in relation to the environment, society, and good governance. This approach is based on openness, integrity, and international standards. As a supplier, you may be asked to undergo an ESG assessment by EcoVadis. In addition, Wyre expects active support for its CO₂ reduction targets.
DELEGATION OF POWERS BY WYRE / WYRE HOLDING
This document outlines the powers held by Wyre BV & Wyre Holding BV.
WHISTLEBLOWER POLICY
If you notice or suspect behavior that violates any laws, rules, regulations, policies, or our Code, you must report it immediately. We treat all complaints confidentially and will investigate all credible reports of violations. We prohibit any form of discrimination or retaliation against individuals who report suspected violations in good faith. To report an issue (anonymously if preferred) or if you have questions, please contact us through our secure online reporting system Whispli.
PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
We believe that protecting privacy rights is critical to our success. If your organization processes personal data managed by Wyre when supplying goods and services, we ask that you assist us by completing a supplier privacy questionnaire as part of the supplier selection process, in line with our privacy policy, so that we can carry out a privacy review.
INFORMATION SECURITY
Wyre manages sensitive information that must remain confidential in order not to compromise our ability to provide services to clients. If data or data systems are compromised, it may disrupt our operations. Therefore, we require our suppliers to carefully protect access to data by following Wyre's security policy and complying with relevant international and national laws and industry standards to ensure uninterrupted service.
You may be required to conduct a security assessment as part of the supplier selection process if you have access to Wyre’s assets, such as:
- physical assets (offices, data center, etc.),
- logistical assets (network infrastructure, support equipment, or network hosting on behalf of Wyre),
- non-public information (including the collection, handling, storage and processing of Wyre's confidential and internal information).
